When I first started college, I knew I wanted to be in business but not much else.  So, in my beginning business classes I took Accounting 101.  As I read the first chapter and began working through the problems, I was stunned!  It made perfect sense. I completely understood what the concepts meant and how to arrive at the right answer.  "This must be a fluke", I thought.  But as I continued in the class, I began to realize I really enjoyed accounting.  Not only did it make sense, but I was actually having fun! "Fun?", you say, "Accounting?" That's the same thing my husband said.  But, to me, it was fun.  I went on to get, not only my Bachelor's degree in Accounting, but also my Master's degree. After several years working in accounting and bookkeeping, I began working with QuickBooks Online and realized how much easier it made my job.  So, I went on to get certified as a ProAdvisor in QBO, as well.   During my career, I realized that this is not everyone's cup of tea and that many people struggle with managing their books. I started this firm because I wanted to be the one who helps those that are struggling and those who just want to concentrate on the big picture, not the paperwork. After all, you didn't start your business to be an accountant, you started your business to follow your passion.
